First time doing the T Bone. Little more medium then I’d like but still pretty darn good! Also grilled some potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts. Not a big butter on steak guy BUT did a home made butter with rosemary from my garden, truffle powder & salt and pepper

    did you have foil over the whole grill?!

  2. The thin steak problem – gets to temperature before it gets to brown. Been there, done that, still sometimes have that problem.

    I still eat and enjoy them, as I am sure you did.
