The inside is very moist, I have left to cool.

The dough was also very sticky and didn’t hold its shape well. Any advice?

    I feel like I can see some underbaked dough sections, which means this was likely under fermented. Search for crumb structure charts! Those helped me a lot when I first started.

    Probably just need to be baked maybe 10-15 minutes longer covered. But great job for your first time!
