How are girlfriend’s attempt at these Italian food?

I am not particularly familiar with European cuisines apart from McDonald's double cheese burgers, but my gf is a cook and a half. She loves making all kind of European food She found recipes for on Youtube.

These are the dishes she made recently. They tasted very impressive for an Asian. She said these are Italian recipes.

How would you guys rate her attempts, and which parts of Italy are these originated from?
