Makes about 3 medium sized pancakes. (The top one was the first one I made and didn’t let it spread out more so it was thicker than the others)
The macros however are amazing for this pancake recipe and very filling. Taste is 8/10, not fluffy and tasted more like those pre-made pancakes I used to eat they sell at stores. Hint of protein powder taste but not overpowering.
For the topping you can add whatever you like but I added in a separate bowl some Pb powder, cocoa powder and half a scoop of some protein powder and mixed with water then added some mixed berries and created this protein peanut butter jam and topped with salt flakes. (Not pictured but very good)
Macros for pancakes in the third picture
Mix flour and protein powder first then add the Greek yogurt and egg whites and fix until batter consistency.
(Important note: it might be to thick so I gradually added water until a more smooth batter consistency) I did not measure the water however but slowly add in water or milk of choice and stir until batter like.
