Delicious Chicken Parmesan Recipe
[Music] foreign [Music] everybody everybody I’m back everybody Jeannie young is back and I’m back with yet another amazing recipe I am so excited yet another day because today at the Young’s house Jeannie young is going to show you all how easy it is to make delicious chicken parmesan this chicken parmesan right here listen it’s delicious it’s so easy to make doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and if you make a genie on sale hands down it’s going to be tasty y’all never had my chicken parmesan better make you some here are the lovely ingredients you will need so today I chose to use beautiful chicken tenderloin pieces I have washed them off with lime juice salt and cold water and then we’ve Pat them dry feel free to use fresh mozzarella if you like I chose to use a shredded mozzarella cheese today so now this chicken parmesan will be served um over top of a bed of thin spaghetti noodles and then I want you to grab about two handfuls of spinach so I have some fresh spinach here got a couple of spices so you can make this thing taste good so I have onion and garlic powder we have a salt and pepper blend dried parsley and we have some Parmesan from the shaker bottle we also have some breadcrumbs now these are Italian seasoned breadcrumbs feel free to use any kind of breadcrumbs that you love this right here is a grated Parmesan cheese not shredded it’s grated we do have three large eggs we have some tomato basil tomato sauce we have a secret ingredient here a little over a half a cup of salsa and some flour and in my pan I have a tiny bit of vegetable oil make sure your hands are impeccably clean let’s get started with this really quick and simple yeah so tasty recipe so before we get started I wanted to show you how much oil I have in my pan it’s not a whole whole lot of oil it’s just a little bit of oil so we could fry these okay so if you take a look you can see you may not be able to see but really it’s just a little bit okay so now we have some beautiful chicken tender pieces and they call it chicken tender because they are they are so nice and tender and it is white meat so you know normally it’s kind of hard to get white meat tender but these tender pieces they are beautiful especially if you cook them right you know so let’s go ahead write in and season them we’re going in with garlic powder and I’m not going to be shy with the seasoning like we want these to have seasoning we want them to have flavor that’s garlic powder we’re then going to go in with some onion powder just like so in this manner and then I want to mix up my salt and pepper blend a little bit put that salt and pepper on I hope that you all are having a great day today with God on your side let me know in the comment section Below have you ever had chicken parmesan before have you ever had it how you make it let me know I want to hear I want to hear your experience with chicken parmesan chicken parmesan is one of the most satisfying delicious meals to make and it’s so easy you know when people eat it they feel like you’ve been slaving in the kitchen all day and you really have it and I’m going to show you how it’s done today so now that we have it nice and seasoned what I want to do is I want to set this aside just for the time being and then I want to grab my dredge okay so this is my breadcrumbs like I said earlier please feel free to use any kind of breadcrumbs if you want to make your own breadcrumbs that’s fine also okay so now anytime you’re dredging something you have to start off with you know of course you’re going to season it you’re going to go in with something dry whether that may be um corn starch or flour any kind of flour you want to use okay and then let’s put the spices over here and then you’re going to need an egg wash okay you can put a little milk in here if you want you can just use straight egg or you can use egg and water I’m just going to use these three large eggs and I want to beat the eggs up very well if I haven’t said I hope you all are I feel like I already said it I just caught myself I was getting ready to say if I haven’t said I hope you all are having a great day today I really do but I remember I said it all right so now let’s get these eggs whipped up nicely just like so and then I want to talk about when you take your chicken tender pieces out of your refrigerator when you take them out I do not want you all to right away just start cooking them right away because they’ll cook up dry they need to come up to room temperature and when they come up to room temperature listen here they’re going to be juicy they’re going to be Supple they’re going to be delicious okay sometimes you can take a meat no matter what kind of meat it is take it right out of the refrigerator just start cooking it baby right away it’s going to always cook up dry but when you bring it up to room temperature something special happens okay so when I come back what we’re going to do is we are going to then take this beautiful meat that we’ve seasoned we’re going to dredge it into the flour into the egg mixture into the breadcrumbs and into that hot oil when I come back now there’s something special that you must do before we dredge our chicken you want to take between a half a cup and three-fourths of a cup of your grated Parmesan and put it into the breadcrumbs it’s going to give you amazing parmesan crusted yes parmesan crusted tenderloin pieces okay so I just kind of eyeballed mine because I know how much I want in there beautiful oh and it smells so good all right so now that we have that done I also want to put some dried parsley flakes in the dry parsley flakes is going to make it nice and beautiful okay get some of that green to shine through all right gorgeous I’m happy with that so now what we’re going to do we need to get our burner turned on let’s heat that oil up you can’t fry anything without your oil being hot enough okay let’s go ahead and start the dredging process and then we need to make our way behind me so we can get started cooking up some beautiful thin noodles okay so here’s how it’s done seasoned tender pieces right into the flour and then you shake it of course right into the egg just like so okay that’s pretty simple right you bet it is anything Gina Young shares with you all it’s going to be simple Doug on it is going to taste good you hear me oh look at that that’s perfect it’s going to be crispy going to be flavorful okay this is easy and if you want to put some gloves on you know there’s a lot of people that squeamish when it comes to touching meat and things like that and if you’re that person just throw some gloves on okay but on the other hand you can always wash your hands when you’re done you know as a soap and water spur okay so now that we have these nice and coated this is what they should look like my oil is nice and hot I’m going to go ahead dredge these others off camera and when I come back I’ll show you how I get started on my noodles so now I want to talk about something really quickly let me show you the breaded tenders okay now I’m going to go ahead and answer the question before you ask can you put these in the oven yes you can put them in the oven 350 degrees until they’re golden brown turn them you know turn them with the fork Half the Way of the cooking process you can you can do it without frying them let’s make our way to the back when I come back get started on our noodles have some boiling water here we’re going to go ahead and salt it you do not have to oil the water you can if you want to but you don’t have to okay and my salt has a little bit of pepper in it but that’s okay okay I’m going to use a little over a half a pound um of noodles and you see that they’re beginning to already Wilt down a little bit we’re going to stir these up and cook them for 11 minutes 11 minutes is going to give them that perfect Al Dente you chewy to the tooth and never mushy got our noodles cooking got our oil in a pan nice and hot now we can go ahead to put the chicken tenders right into the oil nice and gently okay let me show you how I do this so that we don’t splatter ourselves with the oil pretty simple right and then remember when you touch the poultry after you’re done touching it always wash your hands so you don’t cross contaminate look at this if you don’t see that Sizzle don’t put another one in until your oil is nice and hot it’s going to be successful it’s going to be beautiful crispy and golden brown when you take the time to let that oil get nice and hot but not too hot that one right there because it is a smaller one you see that beautiful color we were able to achieve you can do this with chicken breast you also can do this with chicken thighs you know the bone I would suggest the boneless skinless because the breadcrumbs do cook up pretty fast look at that now this side I don’t assume that these are done yet because this was put in last so that’s why I’m going in for the ones that I put in first so now for the tomato sauce and I don’t remember earlier if I told you all this is Bertolli this is Bertolli tomato sauce and it’s a tomato basil flavor it’s the flavor is great okay so we’re gonna put some of the tomato sauce into our pan here and this size here is a 24 ounce and honestly that’s all we need all right and then I decided to put some salsa in there the salsa really turns this up a notch you know and then we mix it in just like so how simple right we’re going to turn around we still have some garlic left over get you some garlic in there a little tiny bit of salt and pepper a little bit more and some onion powder and I will put just a little tiny Pinch of Sugar In mix it up just like so and that’s the sauce we will be using now as your chicken tenders get done because each one will get done you know different timing go ahead and place them on top of the tomato sauce now some people like to just cover it and smother it in the sauce I don’t I just like to strategically just place it on top of the sauce now look at this beautiful color that we’ve achieved you see that color that’s the color that we’re looking for you hear me what is the color we’re looking for and they are so crispy they are so tender and they are so juicy and supple like I said in the inside oh listen to me when I tell you this just believe me if you never believed me before believe me on this these babies are good and juicy and tender oh look at that one okay so see there’s some kind of creating somewhat of a pattern okay just like so and if any extras are left over we’ll just place them you know however look at this oh and what I love about it is that parmesan cheese the parmesan cheese that we put in the breading really like I said it turns it up a notch so we got a couple of stragglers here in the pan look that’s taken a little bit longer but I ain’t got nothing but time so I’m okay all right when I come back we’ll get those noodles out that’s what I’m gonna do this is really interesting the noodles are done you’re going to put a handful or two handfuls of this beautiful fresh spinach in with your noodles and now let’s go to drain them I know it’s interesting it gets even more interesting we have drained our noodles look at this ah this right here I put a little tiny bit of oil onto my noodles okay after I drain them so that they don’t stick and you see that I put once the noodles were done I put two handfuls of spinach if you don’t like spinach and you might like basil then you can do this trick with basil it really makes the dish outstanding okay and it’s beautiful right so you can just cover this with a little bit of plastic wrap until you’re ready to use it so we’ll set that aside and you can see come down here come see this right here that’s for me and my camera man we’re gonna go we’re gonna go in on that here in just a second and you you can see you can see what the inside of it looks like go nuts with the mozzarella that’s with the mozzarella if you like or you can let the you know you can let the chicken shine through however you like okay so now I’m just gonna put around about this much cheese on this goes into the oven uncover three well I’ll tell you what let’s go ahead and cover it the reason why I want to cover it is because I want to give that sauce some time to heat up and then when I feel like the sauce is nice and heated up and hot and bubbly we’ll take the foil off for a few minutes and put this back into the oven so the cheese can Brown up a little bit I do want some color so we’re going to use some parsley flakes just like so and this right here is Jeannie Young’s easy peasy delicious beautiful chicken parmesan thank you so let’s taste it let’s taste the tender the parmesan crusted chicken tenders come on in come on in come on in oh man my cameraman we getting ready to go ham on this but I want you all to see just how juicy look how tin can you see somebody tell me out there somebody in the back say I can see it I can see how juicy it is all right so now this is for you all right and this is for you guys because you’re gonna you’re gonna taste it you’re gonna taste it right with me but it might be hot it might be a little hot I have to have ketchup on everything so you know going in listen I can make those tenders eat them like that all day without the sauce without the mozzarella and you have parmesan crusted chicken tenders all right when next time I come back we’re going to be taking that out of the oven I’m
