Everything I ate today was really good but I felt kinda hungry all day, some days are just like that. I’m thinking of having oatmeal all day tomorrow… we’ll see.

Breakfast: oatmeal with quark and raspberries +beef liver supplements

Had a celsius at the gym (no pic)

Lunch: omelette with spinach, tomatoes, watermelon and a date with butter

Dinner: bowl with shrimp, rice noodles, avocado, soybeans, mango, watermelon and cucumber, topped witch sriracha mayo and sesame seeds

Evening snack: quark and 2% fat greek yogurt with raspberries and a tunnbröd roll with salmon and philadelphia
