when in Fine Foods I realized I haven’t had one their steam bags in quite some time and as I recall some of them or probably most of them we’re good so today I’m going to try this one the Atlantic salmon and spinach pasta so we have Frozen Atlantic salmon and Penny in a creamy sauce with spinach and peas here’s the uh cooking instruction so microwave only cook with the Steam logo facing upwards and you just cook It On full power for 7 [Music] minutes so here it is my friends straight out in the microwave so this is what 350 G of salmon and spinach pasta looks like the spinach makes up 10% and the peas make up a nice precise 7.3% the summon make makes up 12.5% the penny pasta feels quite firm to the Press did I notice if I turn this be very slight gloop I’m liking the green the dark green of the spinach against the light green of the peas this Green’s my favorite color I’m particularly entertained by that there’s some of it right there I’m sure somebody will be able to tell me what this looks like PR clear a space get some of that salmon in there open it up see what it’s like inside it’s looking good nice kind of light pink action going on in there and a slightly darker pink on the outside the salmon comes in cubes and it’s looking like one 2 3 4 5 six at the moment don’t think I can see anym okay so it looks like I’ve got six cubes of salmon overall I’d saying it’s looking rather healthy you can smell the spinach and you can smell the salmon as well what would they taste like only one way to find out that need to get involved I’m going to go straight for the fish right here we go oh yeah that’s actually a really nice tasting bit of salmon considering it’s been frozen you know and reheated it does actually taste like the salmon flesh that I get when I just fry upper salmon fillet for myself so the salmon has passed the test okay A little bit of the past the next I reckon here’s some it’s good it’s got a slight bite to it like a lot of these pastas it’s just gone pastel Dente which is nice for me cuz I’m not too Keen on Al Dente but just gone past it is great and it’s not mushy either now let’s get a load of that spinach and peas they taste good too in all fairness again the spinach tastes like I’ve made it myself it really does the peas have got a ttin of bit of bite on them adding some sweetness and there is actually some spring onion and onion in there which you can just about get in the background the sauce that it’s swimming around him there’s not much to that as regards flavor I think it’s there to you know keep the moisture going on in here i’ normally add salt to things I’m going to add a little bit of black pepper today I say a little bit I do I do love black pepper so if this comes out if it comes out at all oh yeah okay good old shower on there and obviously it’s better for you than Salt so finally I’m just going to grab a load of everything pasta peas spinach onions salmon and a load of black pepper I think that works tremendously well on there wow I realize how good black pepper was going to be on spinach as it happens but I’ll certainly be doing that again it’s not that expensive in all fairness you know the vegetables taste nice the pasta’s cook perfectly there’s no Nile in the salmon it does taste like you’ve cut it your does require seasoning and I would like to see more salmon but I’d certainly give this 7 and 1/2 out of 10 to the last bite so so Farm Foods Atlantic salmon and spinach pasta another nice effort from your steam bag range will I be swimming back to your store to get any more I would have thought so actually yeah anyway thanks for coming till next time get out of here so we have Frozen Atlantic salmon and I’m sure somebody WR B oh for f [Music]
