I’ve recently stopped using the BBQ and reverse searing my larger cuts of beef. This London Broil came out absolutely perfect for a first run attempt. Next time it’ll get a better marinade treatment for some deeper flavors.

Looks amazing and I hate London Broil. Great looking cut of meat.
Why can’t you reverse sear and bbq? I do it all the time

I used the sous vide on my last tri tip and then seared it on the kettle. Turned out great although no smoke flavor (which was expected). I probably could have seared it on the griddle just as well.

I’ve never done London broil, but I have to say, that looks fantastic.
