Back with my unaesthetic meal prep 🙂

Feel like I'm a bit low on protein this week, but all the produce in the grocery store was calling to me! The raspberries right now are so good…I feel like I could eat four cartons at once 😋 I also think volume and fiber are more important to keeping me full than protein, so we'll see how this goes! And I tried greek yogurt + ranch mix for the first time this week, and I definitely think it's going to become a staple for me.

lunch: turkey and cottage cheese sandwich w/ mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles (226cal, 18g protein)
afternoon snack: carrots, snap peas, greek yogurt ranch (109cal, 7g protein)
dinner: lean ground beef burger w/ provolone & pickles, raspberries, roasted broccoli (445cal, 35g protein)
dessert: ghirardelli dark chocolate raspberry square (60cal, 1g protein)
