The soup turned out great and was a hit, so I wanted to share the finished product! I wish I had gotten a little more color on the sourdough with Gruyère and parmagiano reggiano, but I didn’t have oven safe bowls so I just made open faced grilled cheese in the oven

    I made roasted garlic confit in the airfryer and popped a couple whole cloves in the soup, too. It is sweet and mellow and compliments the onions, but can be overpowering if you use too many

    I love how absolutely sludgy good caramelized onions look. I can tell that was tasty.
