5 cups of oats
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup cranberries
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
Rind of 1 orange
Mix the dry ingredients together
Mix the wet ingredients and warm in the microwave to combine well
Mix everything together and spread out evenly on a tray with baking paper.
Cook at 180⁰ for 20-30 minutes to cooked to your liking.
Remove from oven and let completely cool before storing in an air tight container.

I gotta ask, if you’re going to cook the honey, what’s the point of starting with raw honey?
Surely between the microwave and oven it will lose the nutrients and enzymes you paid a premium for.
