So easy and simple to make this yummy and nutritious chicken salad. Chop and mix all ingredients together. Can be made into a chicken wrap, sandwich or on top of bed of greens.
Ingredients:
11 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 red grapes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped apple
1 lemon
salt & pepper
1 cup spinach (optional)
