Learn how to perfectly wrap a burrito in less than 2 mins.
Few points to remember:
-Always heat the tortilla just a little so its warm and comfortable to handle, not too hot that it crack. This makes it easier to handle and roll and also tastes better
-It is also a good idea to place all the filling in the first half of the tortilla closest to your hand and not the center.
-You will be using every finger of both your hands. The pinky pleat comes with practice specially if you are right dominant like me, your left pinky will be super lazy! Worry not just practice a few times and you will ace it!

hi guys today we’re gonna learn how to wrap a perfect burrito go ahead and warm your tortilla just a little so it’s easier to handle and then pick whatever filling you like in the first half of the tortilla use all your fingers fan it out like this in the shape of a we use your thumb to create that first roll use all the fingers to tuck the filling in so it stays in place now use both your pinkies to create that pleat which is actually very crucial and sealing both the ends and keeping the filling in place then all you do is tuck it tightly and roll it and keep doing that till you reach the end be careful to not tear the tortilla dough let’s go ahead and see that again fan the tortilla create that first roll tuck the filling in pinky pleat and then keep on tucking and rolling until you have a nice tightly wrapped burrito with everything in place now you have a beautifully wrapped burrito with both ends well sealed nothing’s gonna fall out it’s just gonna stay in place now you can eat that as it is or go ahead and sear it on a pan or a grill just a little and give it a final wrap with a foil or parchment paper whatever you have at hand or nothing if you don’t have anything go ahead and plate it with your favorite sides some hot cells are some chips and enjoy this beautiful meal that you just created
