Hey yall, did a pork shoulder today and it came out great! Was able to somewhat regulate temp around 275 for a while then I got nervous it was gonna take forever and bumped it up to what I was thinking was 350. Turned out it ended up getting between 375-420. Still learning the temp gauge but I’m pretty stoked on my learning thus far. Pics attached for your drooling pleasure

    If you enjoyed the results that’s the main thing! Not a bad idea to start looking at decent probe thermometer with one for the grill and more for the food so you can get accurate readings
