Venice in a cutie my cutie little apartment one of them and I am hungry and I’m eating raw I have been I have to check my journal but it could be like 60 days now I’m going to report back we’re going to have the rikio we’re going to make a lot of it last night I had three leaves um I’m just going to make the whole thing and whatever I don’t eat can be put in the fridge I’m really excited about it because I’m excited to eat the avocado with it I’m doing similar thing to last night but I did not add the avocado who’s going to be here tonight so we are I had yesterday I walked 13,000 steps 13,500 and something today was like 11,000 so exciting so I’m going to get there’s so much to see in Venice where is everybody I hope you have your notification set so this bowl I got in Paris at Mary no not at Mary at a different store but what I’m going to do is put my chopped veggies in here then I’m going to do a bottom of the bowl dressing fastest salad in the rest I’m going to have a sip of my green juice from airan it is so easy to eat healthy in Venice um I don’t even know what to say about how easy it is Moon Juice is around the corner Anam Mundy herbals has an apothecary shop where you could get a tonic and sit in the back in their Garden um we have creation on Rose we have Cafe Gratitude on Rose Avenue I can walk to um main squeeze on Main Street I can walk to Papi gusta which is Farm to Table I can walk to Abby Kenny which has the butcher’s daughter and creation and Air1 and it’s just incredible and so we are going to make a s because that’s what we do around here is that good kind of okay so we have the redico how gorgeous beautiful bitter the raisins I added last night made it so good as was the cumquats in it hello so we are going to just chop veggies and then we’re going to make our dressing in a second and see if we can make it a little bit different from last night um I’m really enjoying the brightness and the sweetness of these kumquats and I’m really enjoying these mulberries which are literally the sweetest mulberries I’ve ever had in my life life they’re outrageous and they have to be so good for you does anybody want to look up what mulberries do for us mulberries are hard to find because they’re just going to be mushy in two seconds so you have to get them at specialty places or have your own I’m making a salad similar to last night but I’m going to do something different I’m going to do a bottom of the bowl dressing o in here and then I’m going to throw the veggies in I don’t know yet all I know is that I’m using what I have which is the kumquats the redico and then these little babies which teeny tiny they’re teeny tiny and I chop them teeny tiny I don’t like eating big chunks of zucchini unless it’s cooked I like teeny tiny so I’m going to chop chop chop so first we’re putting in the cumquats and I want to chop everything so small I could eat it with a spoon although the lettuce isn’t that chopped so better luck next time for the Teeny chop salad to eat with a spoon but that’s okay so I’m getting my vitamin C I’m getting my Greens on and my bitter on and we have to look up mulberries cuz I just ate a whole pint of the mulberries and it gave me so much energy and I could feel it in my skin uh we’re making a raw salad honey we could do chopped uh ginger might be nice we could do a little bit of fresh garlic why not not cuz I have it let’s do it I’m going to do it I normally don’t eat raw garlic but like why not it’s like Nature’s antibiotic malberry is considered a super fruit that’s how I felt after I ate it one of the most vitamins and minerals in the fruit Kingdom I I felt it like I ate them and I was like oh these are worth every penny cuz they were expensive but I was like they just fed me and I feel like I’m a fruitarian I’m eating fruit during the day and a salad at night with fruit in it oh yeah we’re going to have a little minced mincy the garlic cuz why not we could do whatever we want around here it’s a rare day that I chop raw garlic for my salad but I want something a little different I want to make this one I don’t have a lot of ingredients here like I do in Sedona so I’m going to see what I have and make do and make delicious now for a bright I can use vinegar but I could also use the lemon I have and I think I want the vitamin C I noticed instantly after I had the mulberries I could feel my skin like vibrating I could feel I’m So Clean clear and bright right now that anything I I my senses are extraordinary sight smell smell and we’re going to put this at the bottom of the bowl I feel tired in such a good way you know when you just walk a lot and you have I went to go visit Jada and we had a nice little time it’s so nice to just have these full days with a lot of visual stimulation and moving through what you got to move through in life this is going to be used right now hi Ryan I’m having so much fun in Venice it’s silly like it feels like just so good I might to use my faucet I have a f i have a fancy funky faucet so cute um how are you doing Ryan are you on your walk is it too late I think it’s late for your walk it’s just beautiful I just want us all to appreciate this when you appreciate your food when you find it and or pick it ideally it gives energy into the food this is mostly water and when I love it and get excited about it that’s what goes into my food and it makes it taste so much better and it makes your body absorb it so much better it’s an energy thing everything is energy what are you thinking while you make it I’m thinking about creativity and the dubie universe and the Beautiful time I had with an old friend today who’s helping me fix up the house and he’s noticing things that I didn’t notice and or decided to not notice because it was overwhelming when you’re a person like me with a cancer Moon who’s so very good at doing interior the right pillows and the right bedding and the right candles and the right dimmers and the right lighting and the right kitchen things but you’re not necessarily looking at like construction things cuz a you can’t fix them and B it could get very overwhelming plus he knows what’s termite holes he knows what’s wood Rod he knows how to fix it he had a good suggestion and it was just really cool like he had so many like handles and knobs and hinges and we could change out all of these and I was like yes yes yes and um here are the mulberries the mulberries are the star of my show today Stars it’s night time with d Darla dear in Venice so I went upstairs to the upstairs and someone stayed there with a dog and it was just wild like I can’t I’m allergic to dog so it’s getting like super cleaned like 2 days in a row cleaned and Moroccan rugs all cleaned and like so I can be up there all right so now we have zucchini kumquat radico we’re going to put in some raisins and some we’re going to make the dressing so let’s let’s see what we got see how creative we can be we definitely put avocado you could use apples if you don’t have raisins you can use cranberries you could use dried blueberries you could use whatever you want I have a little peanut butter I don’t know why my garlic powder is mislabeled so this is thyme so we’ll put a little Thyme and garlic so far let me see is time like I’m going get time is it yeah you can put your salad um we have cumin I’m just going to use whatever spices I have everything’s Lids on wrong this is turmeric this is not cumin let’s see if this can be matched up I didn’t do this garlic powder time no um I don’t see any garlic powder in here here’s cardamom that’s fine I’m going to use cam mom in tonight’s tonic she’s going to be the star of the show um I’m going to hire a few just like you to join me in life what are you going to do what are you doing I don’t know if I can’t read it it’s slanted down and I don’t have my glasses but let me get them coming back I’m going to show you the dubie universe card mom I showed my friend Caesar the dues and he Lov them and he had a great idea he was like What if you have a little thing to hold up the card of the day I’m going to make a little doie that you could pop this on and it could sit out in front of you um this is cardamom it’s good for circulation mouth Health digestion it’s a diuretic and it’s sleep inducing which the word for that is soporific we lower blood pressure and are anti-inflammatory and have antioxidants so card them on for the wind but it will make you very sleepy and it will help you with elimination so go easy um you’re going to hire a few hire a few what just like you to join me in life I don’t know what that means so here we go the cards are on the garlic and then we have clove bud and here’s cardi decks going into print soon um I don’t know where the garlic powder went we have nutmeg why would I have and cloves that’s funny I have cloves we’re going to have cloves and cardamon in our tonic tonight um I have this zong sauce Savory hot sauce that you will find yourself putting on everything so that’s going to go on zong sauce don’t know where I got it somewhere cute oh I got it it’s at a van on Rose fly by Jing not traditional but personal a sweet and savory hot sauce that you will find yourself putting on everything dumplings meat soft cheeses eggs and carbs I’m putting it on my salad K gonga gou Chute pepper all right a little tear to that a titchy titch a little olive oil we’re going to have a spicy sweet delicious you put essential oil of cardamom in your diffuser Ryan that’s wild it’s very safic she helps you sleep oh that’s really sweet blue Outlaw I’d love to have mini like you find one show me your energy your charisma Charisma is such a lovely word we don’t use the word Charisma that often um I got to clean these your interest in life enhancing Foods around me all the time that would be nice can you learn to do it for yourself and then you could teach somebody how to do it for you you can have an assistant all right let’s get the olive oil it looks like a little peanut butter could go in here too I’m going to do a Little Nut Butter I’m going crazy I love that you put cardamom essential oil all my Essential Oils all my Chinese herbs um everything is in Sedona and I’m making Dew peppermint I love peppermint everything and um a little titch of the nut butter uh that’s a lovely essential oil for yum you got to make your salad’s fun or else why bother got a little lemon I was cold outside I borrowed like a coat from Jada and now I’m in my apartment and I’m warm which leads me to believe I have the heat on here we go bottom of the bowl how gorgeous oh and that fresh garlic I didn’t do Ginger I’m going to do Ginger cuz I have a lot of Ginger and Ginger’s anti-inflammatory let’s go get it right this is oh that’s funny um I’m having some kombucha this is from Sedona Bright Angel kombucha like if you chop a clove of garlic you mince it and you chop up some ginger yes it’s a little extra but it is so worth it I’m an affiliate I don’t know if the link is below these are cais c a d d i s order from my affiliate or just order they’re great you hear them cleaning upstairs I was like I can’t see one dog here I can’t feel the dander it’s like incessant in 10 years I’ve never allowed a dog stay and that will not happen again I I’m too nice it cost so much to clean it but you live and learn right you live and learn I think you should learn to make kombucha I’ve never made kombucha I’ve made sourer [Music] cout you could hear them upstairs so exciting we’re going to mince cuz we don’t want huge ch of raw ginger now if you wanted to what I would recommend is you could cook the garlic ginger even some onions if you wanted to and then put that on your raw salad and you have a raw Fusion ooh cheak here you’ll try kombucha with garlic that sounds amazing garlic Ginger Spice sweet lemon thyme turmeric we didn’t need the garlic powder we have the fresh garlic a fresh ginger little peanut butter Valencia peanuts um lemon juice this is like a seriously vibrant a little cardamom a seriously vibrant bottom of the bowl dressing and we just mix it up get it Mel together and now I’m thinking we need a little more cuz this is the dressing and this this is the salad the salad’s going to go in here oh we need salt and I may add a little more olive oil and a little more lemon juice we don’t know what to call it what do you want to call this it’s a spicy sweet garlicky gingery nut buttery salad with some spices salad dressing with some spices I think star stars of the show are the fresh ginger the fresh garlic and this Savory sweet and savory hot sauce I put a titch of that oh thank you for saying that for saying thank you for sharing my precious time that’s really sweet I thought we’d have a little time together I’m going to start making recorded videos but this is just such a joy and so natural that we get to be together in this way that’s very sweet good night so now uh a little more of the hot sauce and a little more of the peanut butter a nut butter you could use almond butter cashew butter whatever you have these are Valencia peanuts from Trader Joe’s it’s their organic Valencia peanut butter and I think they say that there’s you know peanuts always have alox in some kind of mold and Valencia peanuts are the best so this is going to be a little Thai tonight it’s a little Thai Flavor we’ve got um squash redico raisins cumquats [Music] and I will not eat all of this I’m sure right now so some will go in a little dish for tomorrow beautiful call it red hot peanut poooa it’s perfect that’s the name I love that Raw all right let’s see I have no idea if it has enough salt enough lemon but we’re going to find out I’ve been reading a lovely book called Diana herself and I love it I’m almost done so I’m going to read a little more salt it’s insane it’s insane it’s absolutely lovely it’s bright it’s fresh ah the avocado that’s what I want now when your avocado has been in the refrigerator like this you just just cut the Ed off the edge off and um yeah I need the avocado that’s going to take it over the top cilantro would be great little crunchy pumpkin seeds would be great right walnuts oh this avocado is gorgeous I’m really excited what did I have today I had a pint of mulberries I had an orange I had a nice big smoothie and that’s it the more you feed yourself these intense nutrients the less likely you are to overeat or crave anything that is not appealing hey Lon Dara after dark Dara’s tired dar’s been walking so many steps all over Venice having like just going around finding gorgeous veggies and fruits seeing the beach I walked on the beach today it was lovely all right this is it you guys I absolutely delighted I’ll let you know tomorrow if I ate this whole thing oh the end of the ridiculo is in I don’t need that there let’s try it now with the avocado and the extra salt and highly recommend you try this dressing if you don’t have that zong hot sauce just use um a little bit of Honey or maple syrup some hot sauce like make it yourself this is insane I don’t think anyone would be unhappy with this walnuts would be nice pumin seeds but I could crush almonds and put it in but nothing needed so the hot sauce I think the ginger and the the fresh garlic is off the hook like that’s like this one clove in there soy sauce brown sugar dried chili pepper okay you can make this yourself so use namou brown sugar sugar dried chili pepper garlic sesame oil mushroom powder and spices so good get some mushroom powder I am vegan at this moment it was a period where I was having ghee and once in a while goat cheese but no not anymore not at this time what do you think I mean people could think like salads are boring or they’re not interesting or they’re not like satisfying but this is so flavorful and so satisfying with the little bit of nut butter and the avocado and you don’t have to deny yourself in the salad Department like it should be something to really look forward to this will be my dessert um like to clean up so does anybody have any questions do you think you can make this do you want to make this I know cheese is addicting I think if you can find raw cheese like raw cheddar or raw cheese so it’s not pasteurized your body digest it better and some people digest cheese just fine and I do like I have no problem with cheese so I’m going to put I need a little bowl to put these in in the [Music] fridge I need to get organized around here but this will be good to hold the stuffs I might put some more raisins in here and oh it’s going to be great I might watch a little YouTube I’ll clean up then I’ll run my bath oh a thank you L you’re always so generous in spirit I’m feeling good right like the raw food’s working it is it’s just like I feel leaner I feel like myself feel bright hey Rick and Bonnie you’ve been eating healthier and been feeling better when did you start eating healthier and eat all the way healthy not just healthier just do it I like oh used to Crave rice and potatoes or crave like some kind of gluten-free cracker like I couldn’t didn’t want to eat a salad without something with it that was like but now this is my this is my this is like hearty it’s like a redoing so you started doing it when I did about a month ago it’s been about 60 days I’m going to report back tomorrow I’m going to look at my my journal but I think it’s been about 60 days raw um most goly soups and smoothies lots of fruit and now I’m into the salads like fullon excited into after 40 days of only soups and smoothies I didn’t feel like chewing anything I was like nah nah but now in California when you can find like veggies like this and mulberries like this and cumquats like this it’s just you get really excited at least I do so that’s just a plus for California I got to say there are some interesting points about it but it’s pretty great I think everywhere has its pluses and minuses know your Astro geography um one great place for someone wouldn’t be the best place for someone else hey Crystal so let’s all eat healthy not even healthier let’s just do it and eliminate the stuff you’re not the crackers are always going to be there the rice is always going to be there the chickpeas are always going to be there the rice noodles are always going to be there pumpkin flour quesadillas so is the pumpkin is the flour made from pumpkin I would love that I saw a video that’s up here on YouTube I was going through the Herby playlist and I made him raw Crepes and I was like how did I make those did I ever share that recipe what the heck they were gorgeous they were like I don’t know how I made them and they looked so beautiful and he loved them so much that I have to figure out I bet I have a recipe somewhere I have a list of stack of recipes in Sedona but I would love to know what pumpkin flour quesadillas are if you would care to share and feel free to email me dar at dar.com and I will make them for us it’s FL oh pumpkin flower quesadilla so what’s the quesadilla part made out of cuz I actually made raw ones something’s making a noise in my kitchen yeah I I did redico I’m going to say it again what I did you guys want to hear I did a bottom of the bowl dressing in it was thyme turmeric cardamom fresh chopped garlic one clove fresh I’m really hearing something in here can you imagine anyway fresh chopped ginger lemon juice refrigerator’s making noise um a little peanut butter Valencia peanut butter from Trader Joe’s a little olive oil lemon juice um and I think this the that the garlic and the ginger are amazing but also an unusual thing to add to your salad is teeny tiny quats chopped in raisins which combats the ridiculous bitterness and the fat the pumpkin seed the pumpkin the peanut butter little olive oil and um the avocado tone it down and um there’s a little bab Biz zucchini in here I just threw in a whole conqua don’t want that like that there’s like a water thing I hear weird anyway hey Richard hey Patrick it’s so good so I really oh and then the other thing that’s in here is the sweet and sour hot sauce sweet sweet why is there water sounds coming from my refrigerator it’s really weird you know you know sounds of your homes and then when something’s off you’re like what so which Patrick is this hello Patrick fly by Jing hot sauce the ingredients in here you can make it yourself use namou salt brown sugar dried chili pepper garlic sesame oil so if I wanted to make myself I would just add chili flakes a little soy sauce namoo um sesame oil mushroom powder which is a really fascinating thing to own mushroom powder it gives like this Umami like extra fullness to it I agree with you that redico and curly endives or mustard chop mustard greens or arugula chopped in it adds an extra bitterness what’s a go check I hear water in my refrigerator well hopefully everything’s fine so I think that’s it I’m going to go eat um it’s a leak go check oh you’re telling me to go [Music] check I don’t see anything I see nothing quinoa is amazing so I’m just staying away from things like that but adding quinoa to this would be insane and cilantro and a dog of coconut yogurt if you want like just do it up make it get fun add rice to it if you need to or little teeny chop potatoes like there’s no shame this probably with potatoes or quinoa would be way healthier than most what most people are eating how do you be in the moment um I think some people are more present than other people naturally um I’m a present person I’m so present that I forget to do the things that I should be doing because I’m so in the moment they could call that add I think but I’m very um very present I’m not thinking about future when I’m somewhere I’ve had friends who are like you go to a party and they like okay what’s next what’s next and it’s like just be where you are pinch yourself we’re here now ow be be um smell things notice the beauty of the colors when I have my glasses on and I look at how rich this is literally I’m salivating over the salad ah hey Craig you would love this we’re going to be able to get together uh if that works for you Earth signs are all present interesting yeah I’m a very present grounded person I would say for the most part so I would just take some deep breaths look at something in the room and just like touch the counter look at the color of the spices I can imagine being in India and seeing all the Mounds of the spices and try and just notice what’s before you you can have a closeup be delighted that’s such a good idea you asked for a closeup you know what maybe I do have an ice make I don’t think I have an ice maker let’s look in the freezer it’s very cold and this is very new it’s very new little fridge um I don’t know you like it Craig doesn’t this look like something you would make it’s so gorgeous quats lots of chopped ginger and garlic hot sauce I’m loving it and the avocado just so we are going to have a party this is a solid party I’m so glad I showed up tonight and got to see you guys and you got to see me um and I will see you really soon it’s delightful to be here I actually was up in my upstairs kitchen and that will be happening that will be happening and I’m so grateful that for the help that I have here to make this Venice house really dialed in and beautiful and we shall see yay you love it yay yay yay so this and some kombucha and I sit down and I draw or
