
Made a pseudo japchae tonight. Had some beef in a bulgogi marinade and some king oyster mushrooms in the fridge. Cooked that off with some veg and the noodles. (I like whole cloves of cooked garlic in case you couldn't tell 🙂) Pretty damn good. Wasn't working off a recipe so I wouldn't call it 100% authentic but it tastes pretty spot on!
