In the first photo I weighed 98.8kg/218lbs (my highest ever weight) and was wearing a size 2xl t-shirt, 42-44 inch waist jeans/XXL shorts, boxers and joggers. I was bloated, my face was swollen and my health was starting to decline in relation to my diet (cholesterol and other full blood count tests were high and heading into the danger zones). I was medically obese with a BMI of 34.6.

Today I weigh 74.4kg/164lbs and after buying some new clothes, I'm no longer wearing t-shirts that look like tents on me. I'm wearing a size large t-shirt, size large shorts (34-36 waist in denim) and I fit in size large boxers and joggers. My t-shirt is even a bit baggy on me. I'm no longer so bloated, my face is no longer swollen and my blood tests have gone back to normal. Despite having my own incurable medical conditions, I'm healthier than I was before. My BMI is down to 26 and I'm now only considered very slightly overweight (by 3.3kg/7lbs) and my pain issues – mainly my joint and back pain – have definitely gotten a fair bit better now I'm no longer lugging around so much extra weight.

4.4kg/10lbs to go and I may be at my final goal. Considering maybe losing another few kilos after that depending on how I feel when I get there. I know I'm still a bit big for my age and height however I no longer feel absolutely huge, I feel like I've made a good amount of progress so far.
