Recipe:
Serves approximately 1-2 (For a larger version, you can double or triple recipe)

Ingredients:
1/4 package of pasta
1/2 cup of pearl mozzerella
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
2-3 pieces of prosciutto
2 tbsp basil, chopped (optional)
Dressing:
1/4 cup of olive oil
Few tbps (about 2-3) of basamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbps garlic, minced
2 tsp dijion mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone sheet. Bring water to boil in a large pot, add salt to water. Add pasta and cook according to instructions.
2. Add procuitto to lined baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes or until desired crispness.
3. Once pasta is cooked add it to your bowl. Add in cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach, and crumbled crispy prosciutto.
4. In a mixing jar add together all dressing ingreidients and whisk together. Pour dressing over salad and give it a good mix. Enjoy!
