i started making sourdough bread back in mid-April and i just wanted to share the loaf i made (also i forgot to take a picture of the outside of the loaf😬)
i’ve used so many different recipes/hydration ratios and i’ve finally found one that works for me and feels comfortable!! i got the recipe from Conley Kipp on tiktok (@conleyannekitchen)
recipe:
150g active starter
350-360g warm water
500g bread flour
7g sea salt
i really loved this recipe and how the loaf came out, so i figured id share it with yall🫶🏻
***btw here’s the link to the tiktok video if any of yall wanna see it: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTNFyb8DM/

Conley is the BEST !!! I swear I always mention her on this sub for this reason. I watched a bunch of other TTs, the ones with the giant starter jars and idk, I didn’t like their method but when I came across Conley it clicked for me. I followed her method and recipe from the start and my loaves have always come out like this. You should totally try her chocolate one, it’s so freaking good, the one she blooms with espresso though, she has 2. Well done, it looks amazing.
