Chintan chicken broth with the addition of a few pork bones ( not many to be honest, they didn't add much complexity in general )
For the noodles I tried the recipe for Sapporo noodles. Cutting them by hand makes it a bit difficult.
Miso tare with red and white miso
Egg left in brine for 24h
Last but not least: chicken breast left to marinate in a miso and honey sauce for a few hours and then baked for about 30 minutes, very tasty
