Got to hang out with SteveO at the Stardome in Birmingham last night. I got his “milder” hot sauce and put it on some tacos I made at the house. I do not like Tabasco or Texas Pete’s. I don’t like vinegary sauce, I prefer Mexican sauces like Tapatio or Valentina’s because they have their own flavors to add to a dish.. SteveO’s “milder” hot sauce was out of this world in flavors.. not vinegary. Not too spicy..
I mean I really thought it was gonna be a gimmick. I didn’t think it would be my new favorite hot sauce. Absolutely blew my mind. Flavors are definitely better for meats like chicken and beef.. will stick to Tapatio for eggs or avacodos and stuff. But, wow—truly a great sauce and worth every penny. $3 an ounce.

I have his regular one and then the spicy one in the mail. Excited to try it have herd nothing but good things.
One of the best I’ve tasted but unfortunately it’s not sold in Europe.
