I got this as a freebie but I’m really in the mood for mac and cheese. I’m wondering if I mix the cream base with the cheese will that resemble anything like a Mac and cheese sauce? I have more cheese to add if needed.

The cream base is the same thing they send with most of the Mac and cheese recipes.
If you have time – I’d look up the bacon jalepeno Mac and cheese and just try to replicate the sauce portion of the recipe.
