• 3 Carrots (90 Cal)
• Frozen Peas (280 Cal)
• Cilantro (0 Cal)
• 3 Cups of Basmati Rice (1920 Cal)
• 5 Chicken Breast (1632 Cal)
• 1 tbsp Minced Garlic (8 Cal)
