I babysit all day during the weekdays so I like to bring myself a lunch. Mine is the cheese cubes, turkey sausage, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, and white nectarines. I also like to pair mine with a protein drink usually the base being almond milk.

My boyfriend works during the week 10 hour shifts but doesn’t like eating meals on his break cause it will make him feel lazy after. So I packed him a cup of grapes and some protein crackers and the turkey sausages. We both drink tons of water throughout the day aswell to keep us sustained until dinner time.
