Tuna Steak Salad Sandwich

❂ Ingredients:
• 1 lb Fresh Yellowfin Tuna Steak
• 1 Tomato, sliced
• Fresh Dill, Cilantro, Bunching Onion, Butterhead Leaf (grown in our Gardyn)
• 5 Sweet Pickle Cucumbers, chopped
• 2 Celery Stalks, chopped
• 1/2 Lemon, juiced
• 2 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
• 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
• Salt/Pepper to taste
• 3 slices Provolone Cheese
• 2 slices Italian Bread
❂ Cooking process:
⁃ Season the tuna steak with salt, pepper and olive oil, then grill to your preferred doneness.
⁃ Harvest your fresh dill, cilantro, green onions, and butterhead leaf from the «Gardyn».
⁃ Finely chop cilantro, dill, bunching onions, pickled cucumber, celery. Tomato cut into rings.
⁃ Mash the tuna steak with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice.
⁃ Pour greens, pickled cucumbers and celery into the mashed tuna, add Kewpie mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
⁃ Toast the bread and put cheese on top, melt with the help of torch.
⁃ Place tuna salad on toasted bread, then tomato slides, then butter crunch leaf and cover with a second piece of bread with cheese.
