Contains 550Kcal/ 55Carbs / 25Fat/ 30P/ 17Fibre (you can add a scoop of protein powder)
• Chia seeds (20g)
• Oats (30g)
• Equal parts yoghurt + Milk (approx 200g total)
• Scoop peanut butter
• Melted dark chocolate on top, set in fridge and it hardens
