My preferred way to eat chia seeds and oats now. Contains 550Kcal/ 55Carbs / 25Fat/ 30P/ 17Fibre (you can add a scoop of protein powder)
– Chia seeds (20g)
– Oats (30g)
– Equal parts yoghurt + Milk (approx 200g total)
– Scoop peanut butter
– Melted dark chocolate on top, set in fridge and it hardens
