I added two chicken breasts and 1/2 tsp turmeric. Put everything in the crockpot on high and shredded the chicken after 4 hours.
Made 8 16oz servings for under 300cal each! There's lots of room to play with veg/spices. This would be delicious with ground sausage too (although I'd cook it before adding to the crockpot.)
