I’ll go first BOILED EGG with CHILLI OIL……. I eat 2 of these and it keeps me sane and fuels my craving. Im grateful for the existence of the eggs thankyou chicken 🐓

    pickled Jalapenos! they’re like no calories and full of flavor. top them off with a bit of lemon aioli if you have some cals to spare… really good.

    1/2 c of cottage cheese with a side of raw veggies….around 100 kcal, negligible carbs/fat, and 13 g of protein.

    The taste is intense, so they kill any other cravings immediately, they’re tasty, and the calories are negligible

    Either cheddar popcorn or fruit since you can usually get a lot for around 100 calories. Right now I’m obsessed with watermelon.

    Canned corn seasoned to taste like takis (I use adobo, chili powder, lemon juice, and sriracha) and then baked in oven at 400f until slightly crisp, honestly sometimes I just eat it as a light lunch 🙈

    1/2 a bell pepper stuffed with protein! Tuna, chicken, hummus, etc. Sometimes I put them in the oven on broil with some cheese on top. So filling and low calorie!

    Ugh I love chili oil but I would sweat for a good 45 mins if I ate that egg with all that delicious chili goodness on it. I envy you 😫
