    I’m not sure if I’m seeing why you’re questioning it. Is there a lot of separation?

    It’s mostly vinegar, salt, and sugar it’s very shelf stable. Even anchovies are shelf stable. It doesn’t even need to be refrigerated. It’s not gonna have any nasties living in it.

    If I was questioning it I’d toss it but unless it’s a good bit the use by date it’s fine.
