Just got back from vacation in the Bahamas. While there I went to a fantastic cocktail establishment. One of the cocktails had firewater tincture in it and it had a very nice spicy kick on the backend.
Before this the only spicy drink Ive had was a jalapeño mojito. Wondering if you all had any suggestions to explore in this realm?
This was my first time making something w this tincture and I definitely need practice.

Bloody Marys are great with fresh peppers in them. Habaneros and Jalapenos are pretty good and not so spicy that they’ll upset your stomach after knocking back 10 of them. I like to add a little bit of the black El Yucateco sauce because it has a very smokey flavor to it, but slice up a few peppers and ideally stick a slice of thick cut bacon in it.
