First time making French toast but I’d give it a 7.5/10 everything tasted good but could’ve sweetened the batter for the bread.
Calories: 415kcal (includes everything pictured)

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 145g egg whites
- 90-100ml milk of choice
Mix egg whites and milk throughly (I used a frother)
Coat bread evenly in batter and place on skillet with oil or butter (I used a olive oil spray and cook for 5 minutes or so on each side or cooked to your desire)
Mine came out a bit more soggy than I liked and can’t figure out why
For the toppings in the picture
-16g of PB powder
-20-25g protein powder of choice
-7g zero sugar cheesecake jello pudding
-as much berries or any fruit that you like
(I later added some fat free whipped cream and crushed biscotti not pictured)
I also recommend using a sweetener of choice for the batter which I’ll try next time but the toppings itself sweetened everything up so I didn’t mind.
