buffalo chicken & mac ~ 650

  • i only added a few sprays of icbinb spray and some seasoning to mine, but if you add the milk and butter it adds those additional calories.
  • also if i have any 30 cal fat free cheese slices, i sometimes add one of those in!

I could devour the whole box easily — I wouldn’t be able to just eat half haha

That seems like not a lot for so many cals.

Did you add milk or butter, or just stir in the recommended water amount? Something about making boxed mac n cheese with water always grossed me out… so I have been avoiding making it since I started dieting since I don’t consume milk anymore.

Easily under 500-prob around 450 for this I think? Very nice and easily budgetable

I’m going to eat the whole box, thanks

There’s a brand of blue cheese I buy. I’m struggling with the name right now but it’s 50cal/2tbsp. That with Frank’s is a comfort on anything.

  9. Idk what boxes of Kraft you’re using, but the regular ones are 350 cals for ONE SERVING. There are about 3 servings per container

  10. I like the little single serve cups better so I can control my portion easier, be extra lazy with prep, and have minimal dishes afterwards

Pro tip- you can buy the cheese powder in a big tub off Amazon (it’s called big daddy mac mix by Hoosier Hill Farm and it tastes legit) and then use a low carb pasta like Carbe Diem.
