Yes, it’ll be fine
All my beheaded tomato starts that the deer munched to nubs bounced back stronger than ever. I think a near-death experience really gives them motivation to thrive

One of our kitties got into my seedlings last year. He ate a number of pepper and tomato seedlings, then started throwing up white foam. Thankfully he was ok and had no lasting effects, but please also keep an eye on your kitty. If it becomes lethargic or just “off”, your vet may need to induce vomiting.

It’ll be fine. I had mine outside to acclimate with the weather when it was this size and the wind blew it over which broke it in half. Turned one plant into two and I’ve already got fruit off of both. Tomatoes are resilient little dudes
