Really delicious. Used Ray's sugar free barbecue sauce. For 2 of these it was 47 grams of protein and 470 calories.

    I split the pita (60 calories each) in half. Put these in the oven using the air fryer option to dry out the pita so they were sturdier. I added barbecue sauce, chicken chopped up and mixed with a little barbecue sauce, and then layered on red onion, red bell pepper, broccoli, and pineapple. Last I sprinkled on a little parmesan. Put back in the oven and cooked a little longer using the air fryer mode.
