特製濃厚とろりそば

Ordered an 味玉 (flavored egg) and a side of rice. Overall 7/10. The best but was how the egg yolk cut through some of the saltiness of the broth and made it richer, if I go back I’ll get more yolks rather than the 味玉.

The Tsukemen shop across from it had the most customers, seems like a go for next time.
