Meal 1: multigrain bread, egg whites, butter substitute – light, frozen blueberries, fresh blackberries, sugar free pancake syrup and turkey bacon.

Meal 2: Greek yogurt cup, tangerine, green grapes and pistachios + collagen powder and almond milk in a coffee.

Meal 3: brown rice, stir fry mix frozen vegetables, celery, sweet peppers, garlic, bean sprouts, sesame oil, shrimp, garnished with soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Meal 5: mashed white potatoes with Greek yogurt, fat free cheddar, butter substitute – light and scallions. Baked lemon-pepper tilapia, steamed broccoli with butter substitute – light.

    I was in BC a few years ago and the number of blackberry plants growing like weeds there! Meanwhile I’m paying through the nose for berries in Edmonton.
