Hi, I'm M 24 5'10 and I started my 1400-1600 calorie diet back in February 2024. Little back story first, I have hashimotos disease and went untreated for 5 years because I couldn't afford doctors visits, tests, and medication (no insurance). Well back in December of 2023 I was finally about to get back on it and went from 255lbs to 241lbs.
Seeing that made me want to start losing more. From 241lbs I've dropped to 221lb, my goal being 175lbs. So my question is, how should I get past plateaus when they happen? And what should my new maintenance be at 175?
Some miscellaneous info: I drink lots of water, I eat whatever I want as long as it stays under 1600, I consume anywhere from 85g-140g of protein a day, and I do have a food scale.
Ps. Here's what MFP recommends, what do you guys think? Any help is appreciated!
