Found em on my jalapeño plant as I was watering. It was only on this one leaf, but I have no idea what it could be & if I should be worried about an infestation of some kind. Thanks for looking out!!

They are called White flies. They are an infestation you should be worried about. Lots of info on the internet.

White flies, I *believe* captain jacks dead bug brew would do just fine to kill those off
