    Any tips on reducing burnt-ness when not using a Dutch oven? My method was baking with a container of boiling water for the first 30 min to emulate steam, then removing the water + reduce temp and continuing to bake for 15 min (I put aluminum foil on at this point to reduce further burning).

    Put 2-3 ice cubes in with loaf with lid on to create steam(20-25ish minutes), remove lid another 20 minutes at 450
