Lunch: Skyr, oat bran, chia seeds, hemp hearts, flaxseed, cinnamon cereal protein powder and blueberries with half a liter of cold fruit tea (348 calories/ 35gr protein)
Dinner: sweet potato with cottage cheese and smoked salmon. For dessert I tried to make a silken tofu chocolate mousse but it turned out more like a chocolate sauce. I had it with some blueberries (715 calories / 43gr protein)
Snack: protein bar (149 calories / 14gr protein)
