Try this simple portobello feta mushroom!
INGREDIENTS:
Portobello Mushroom
Grape Tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Olive Oil
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Ground Pepper
Sea Salt
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees celsius.
2. Separate stems from portobello mushrooms and place aside.
3. Slice grape tomatoes in half and place around outer perimeter of portobello mushroom.
4. Add feta cheese to centre.
5. Drizzle some olive oil and and season with fresh ground pepper, sea salt and fresh thyme.
6. Grab an oven tray and lined it with parchment paper. Place mushrooms on gently and in the oven for about 5 – 9 minutes. They should be slightly reduced in size, but not burnt. Feta cheese will look toasty.
7. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

when i was living in cyprus there is a farmers market every saturday near my place which is fantastic it gave me a chance to figure out fresh vegetables and fruits from local farmers around the area today i’m going to make a side note using mushrooms tomatoes time and some feta cheese very simple and lightweight so what we’re going to do is going to take the mushroom take out its center for just place that off to the side I’m going to grab some grape tomatoes time in half now you don’t need too many great tomatoes for this one alright once you’ve conned your tomatoes in half you’re just going to line the outside perimeter of your portobello mushroom alright we’re going to add some feta cheese to the middle of this that’s on the first time we’re gonna drizzle disc with a little bit of olive oil add a little fresh crushed pepper and a little bit Cecil grab a baking pan with some parchment paper place the Caravelle mushroom place it in you you you
