Yeah, feeling this. First year growing tomatoes and I’m second-guessing everything. Do they just take ages to ripen or is it down to the terrible weather/temperatures here in Scotland? I have cherry tomatoes outside but the temperature range during the day is 15-18c (59-64f) most days right now, and it’s cloudy come late morning so no decent spells of sunshine. I just don’t know how long to keep them on the vine before attempting to pick and ripen them in the kitchen instead.

Go on vacation and leave your mother in charge of your garden. Everything will ripen while you’re gone. That’s what worked for me lol
