It’s not like the one in Vietnam so the Michelin claim is worthless.
Broth leans towards sweet side.

Franchised and poorly run.

I was tempted to try it because of the marketing. I live in Vaughan so it isn’t far and usually go to Pho Metro on Rutherford. My new pho recommendation is Pho 128 on Edgely in Vaughan (400 and 7 area). Best place I’ve gone to in years.

Tried it and will never go back. If some tables don’t finish or use their plate of bean sprouts or basil, the servers would pour them back into a bucket and reserve it to other tables. Disgusting!

I like pho hung phat much better for a place that’s close.

Michelin stars don’t mean anything if the supplies aren’t on the same grade as the place that earned the coveted star.
The advertisement is misleading at best, based on a non-sequitur.

PHO NGOC YEN in Etobicoke is better.
The One in Richmond Hill you noted is nothing special to me.

I personally will not go back there. I do not like sweet pho broth. It doesn’t have your typical pho spice flavours either but I do recognize this type of pho is from another region. I prefer Pho Anh Vu or Saigon Star in the area.

Pho 128 in Concord, omg so good! They got bone marrow pho, all sorts of pho. The grilled meats are super good too.
