Breakfast: oatmeal with peanut butter powder, a pinch of salt, Splenda, and frozen berries. 250 calories
Lunch: snack plate. Hard boiled egg with everything bagel seasoning, a peach, sliced Gouda, a slice of rye, romaine lettuce, baby carrots, and ranch-ish Greek yogurt dressing. 368 calories
Dinner: a modified version of Filipino style spaghetti. Mine has no banana ketchup and I use Splenda instead of sugar. Still has plenty of hotdogs though lol. I substitute some of the pasta for zucchini noodles. 480 calories
Snack/dessert: Philadelphia cheesecake filling balls, which get rolled in graham cracker crumbs and frozen. 54 calories each
Not pictured: my morning coffees with 2% milk and Splenda. 60 calories

It all looks so good! How do you make the cheesecake balls?
Honestly, I appreciate these posts that show a variety of different foods more than those that seem to hyperfocus on just one or two types day after day. Looks like a day of delicious eating!
