    Fantastic! Don’t think I’ve ever heard anybody say they put a salad on a sandwich – but makes sense for good distribution of toppings!

    I like the chopped/mixed veg approach. did you mayo/salt/pepper/vinegar/oregano the veg and that was how you applied that stuff to the sandwich, too? kinda genius imo if so… and that’s what it looks like from the pics
