the best thing is that you can freeze it in monoportion so it’s not like you cook it for a lot of hours to eat it only once.
Sometimes I just cook it for 5-6 hours just because I can XD.
Anyway your result is awesome and knowing the scent I know that the worst enemy of ragù is the desire to eat it all while you’re making it XD
