I’m housesitting/petsitting at my parents’ place this weekend and wanted to make use of their oven since my own place is way too small to use the oven when it’s above 70F outside. Went “shopping” in their pantry and freezer to throw this together. Pretty happy with the flavor plus the calorie to protein ratio! I will slice it into four pieces and bag it up for the freezer before I leave.
