• brioche bun from Trader Joe’s; 180
  • 2 Persian cukes (pictured is only half a cuke because I ran out); 10 each
  • 2 wedges lite laughing cow; 25 each
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Obviously you could use a healthier bread but I love the buttery and pillowy-ness of these for this pairing, and then it can really stand up to a whole Persian cucumber per side. I think it would also be great with one of the flavored laughing cow options but they’re not at my grocery store.

I make tea sandwiches with bread, cream cheese, dill, salt, pepper, cucumber slices, and ham. Refreshing and tasty!

I forgot about cucumber sandwiches, I’m so glad you posted this! My mom used to make little tea sandwiches for us, and cucumber was my favorite. I’m making these today – thank you!

Are you me? I absolutely ***love*** open-faced sandwiches with lite, spreadable cheese, lean meats, and cucumber with seasonings.

I use Aldi Keto-Friendly wheat bread (35 calories/slice), Happy Farms Lite Garlic Spreadable Cheese wedges (25 calories each), Lunch Mates Roasted Turkey slices (25 calories each), cucumber, and then seasoning salt and pepper with some mustard to add flavor. It makes a delicious, low-calorie snack/lunch!

Just in case it isn’t clear that 250 gets you TWO open faced “sandwiches,” one with each side of the bun, so pictured is only 1/3 of your meal with these counts.
