Someone gave me a pepper plant and Google tells me it's a Vietnamese Devil Pepper. Any ideas how to process these in a way to share with my neighbors? I'm a weiner when it comes to heat and they're too much for me. I'd love to can them or make them into a sauce or something. Any ideas? How would you prepare these bad boys? Thanks in advance!

    It says between 300 and 500k.. so probably pretty darn spicy. : )

    I’ll make a pot of chili with a Carolina reaper and it’s generally too hot for anyone else. If dried or fire roasted then dried you could grind them up into a powder that is more palatable. Dried peppers lose some heat with the loss of aromatic qualities. Still good but more versatile as an ingredient.
